Reflexology

Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi. This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free.

We also have a very experienced reflexologist on board, Marta, who offers pregnancy & fertility reflexology, as well as combination treatments encompassing Reiki and Face Massage.

Ursula is a shamanic practitioner who is dedicated to ongoing professional and spiritual development. Her shamanic lineage is that of High Andes and Inca energy medicine, she has also trained in core shamanism methods with the Sacred Trust.

She has trained and qualified in various forms of consciousness raising and complimentary therapies since 2002 including kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki Master.

Her grandfather and grandmother on both sides of her family tree were gifted psychics and healers, she is following in their footsteps.

Ursula brings warmth and compassion to her shamanic practice. She has a caring friendly compassionate and intuitive approach to working with others and supporting them on their healing and transformational journeys, drawing from a wealth of knowledge.

Ursula is a registered Heath and Social Care Professional. She has worked as a social worker since 2008 and is currently a mental health professional.

Elea is a qualified Massage therapist (deep tissue/remedial massage, pregnancy massage and holistic), Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner.

She calls her massage "remedial", whether you chose a deep tissue technic, or a more relaxing aromatherapy massage, you will always leave the treatment feeling lighter and relaxed.

She has accumulated a lot of experience and by following her intuition, she will work on every muscles and tensions. For each treatments including a massage, the pressure will always be adapted to your needs and preferences.

She also offers BESPOKE treatments, combining all these technics. Same again, they will be adapted to your needs. She will target the treatment after doing a short and efficient consultation with you, at the beginning of the session. The bespoke treatment can be up to 2h.

A new addition in Elea’s treatments, which might be for you, is CBD Oil Massages, known to help with muscle tension, joint health, inflammation, anxiety and depression and improving sleep.

Above all, she loves helping and healing, and has a very caring, warm and attentive nature.

She is currently studying Naturopathy and Acupuncture.

Mattea Di Gaetano

Mattea is a highly qualified holistic therapist with over 25 years’ experience. She began her training in 1997 with Holistic Massage and Reflexology. Later on she added Pregnancy Massage, Reiki and Bowen Technique to her skill set. She is very adept at treating people from all walks of life and all ages, dealing with a variety of conditions for adults and children. She works with private clients, NHS Mental Health clients at Children’s Centre’s and with local community groups.

Due to her son’s premature birth she discovered an affinity with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and saw at first hand the benefit of the treatment to her young child. This led her to qualify in CST at the CTET in London and she subsequently completed Post Graduate Training in CST for Mothers and Babies.

Mattea offers sessions for adults as well as for mothers and babies. This includes pre and postnatal treatments. Her treatments can help babies with birth trauma, development problems, misalignment and they can also improve the communication between mothers and their young child.

Mattea can offer baby massage and can teach parents how to do it individually.

More recently, Mattea has been treating clients with long Covid, finding that Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki have helped clients regain their vitality as the nervous system can realign and the immune system regains energy.

Treatments with Mattea leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, whole and relieved of aches, pains and tensions. Within the safety, skill and care that Mattea offers, each session brings clients closer to their own health, balance and resilience.

Her therapeutic and intuitive sensitivity enables her to connect with each client. She has a loyal client base, all trusting in her abilities and the care she offers.
