Tara Rivero Zea is an experienced acupuncturist who is passionate about women’s health. Her practice specializes in fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal care.

She began her training in Acupuncture in 2007 and then went on to train in Tui Na which is a Chinese Massage technique. Today Tara often combines acupuncture and massage together to get the best results in treatments.

Her love for all things related to pregnancy, birth and children led her to train as a doula and she completed her training with Nurturing Birth in May 2013.

Tara is also the mother of four young children and used acupuncture throughout her own pregnancies and deliveries. She became interested in treating children with Chinese Medicine whilst nursing her own through a variety of childhood ailments.

Tara then trained with Placenta Remedies Network to become a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. After her third and fourth baby she encapsulated her own placenta, and after feeling the benefits first hand she now offers this service across North and East London and Essex Borders.

She specializes in Deep Tissue and Pre and Postnatal treatments, following a Level 3 Diploma from the London School of Massage and post-graduate trainings in Pregnancy & Labour Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Warm Bamboo Massage. Elea is a qualified Massage therapist (deep tissue/remedial massage, pregnancy massage and holistic), Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner.

She calls her massage "remedial", whether you chose a deep tissue technic, or a more relaxing aromatherapy massage, you will always leave the treatment feeling lighter and relaxed.

Mattea is a highly qualified holistic therapist with over 25 years’ experience. She began her training in 1997 with Holistic Massage and Reflexology. Later on she added Pregnancy Massage, Reiki and Bowen Technique to her skill set. She is very adept at treating people from all walks of life and all ages, dealing with a variety of conditions for adults and children. She works with private clients, NHS Mental Health clients at Children’s Centre’s and with local community groups.

Due to her son’s premature birth she discovered an affinity with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and saw at first hand the benefit of the treatment to her young child. This led her to qualify in CST at the CTET in London and she subsequently completed Post Graduate Training in CST for Mothers and Babies.

Mattea offers sessions for adults as well as for mothers and babies. This includes pre and postnatal treatments. Her treatments can help babies with birth trauma, development problems, misalignment and they can also improve the communication between mothers and their young child.

Mattea can offer baby massage and can teach parents how to do it individually.

More recently, Mattea has been treating clients with long Covid, finding that Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki have helped clients regain their vitality as the nervous system can realign and the immune system regains energy.

Having always used plants as medicine, I decided this was my calling. Gaining an honours degree in herbalism (20 years ago now), I went on to study naturopathy and Bach flower remedies. Using herbs and nutrition as medicine for wellbeing is deeply satisfying and is empowering to work with, not only for myself, but for my clients.

Louise is a healer, singer and musician. Louise trained in Reiki Level 1 in Goa in 2006 where she experienced a powerful Kundalini awakening. She later trained in Karuna Reiki Level 2 with Valerye Dayton and Gaia Healing with Lara Waldman. During Lockdown Louise began to experience increasingly strong physical energy in her 3rd eye. Louise realised that she needed to develop her healing path and completed her training in Shamanic healing with Jay and Kestrel Oakwood at the Bridget Healing Centre. She continues a daily practice of her own in Shamanic healing, both to support herself and to strengthen her ability to support others. Louise is currently completing a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling to support this work too.

Louise is following in the path of her maternal Irish heritage; her great-grandmother was a medium and healer, and her grandmother followed in this tradition.
