Elea is a qualified Massage therapist (deep tissue/remedial massage, pregnancy massage and holistic), Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner.

She calls her massage "remedial", whether you chose a deep tissue technic, or a more relaxing aromatherapy massage, you will always leave the treatment feeling lighter and relaxed.

She has accumulated a lot of experience and by following her intuition, she will work on every muscles and tensions. For each treatments including a massage, the pressure will always be adapted to your needs and preferences.

She also offers BESPOKE treatments, combining all these technics. Same again, they will be adapted to your needs. She will target the treatment after doing a short and efficient consultation with you, at the beginning of the session. The bespoke treatment can be up to 2h.

A new addition in Elea’s treatments, which might be for you, is CBD Oil Massages, known to help with muscle tension, joint health, inflammation, anxiety and depression and improving sleep.

Above all, she loves helping and healing, and has a very caring, warm and attentive nature.

She is currently studying Naturopathy and Acupuncture.
